Riverside Camping - 516F

Camping by the river, lake, etc. is one of my husband's favorite things to do, so I decided to entice him a little with this cake. Cake was made of two 6"w x 3"h dark chocolate layers then sliced and stuffed with chocolate ganache. Tree is made of a fondant covered candy cane (Someone ate all of my pretzels!) and royal icing. Tent is supported with toothpicks with ends covered with a small ball of fondant to prevent poking through. River and rocks are made of fondant. And my husband says I never make him a cake?!?
