i think your rite , but only a good caker could fix it , if it didnt work , they find a way , and i think you will always find a way to make it work , you are one of my fav , styles ,

I think most bakers would be a bit scared in case it didn't work , you just have to think about it !

The devil is in the detail ! When I started to have "customers", I didn't want to make cakes that you can go down the road and get from any old bakery , so I tend to go that little bit further , also as it went on the attention was great and I wanted to push myself to see what I could do without any classes , and to show off of course !! Lol
