I am not sure if you still need this recipe but I used a very simple but delicious whipped chocolate ganache to pipe these. I always get rave reviews for it.
*16 oz semisweet chocolate chips
*1.5 cups of heavy cream
*1 tsp vanilla
-place chips in heat proof bowl
-heat cream until it boils (making sure it does not scold or boil over)
-pour over chips let sit for a few minutes (5-10)
-stir til shiny
-add vanilla
-freeze for a few hours, or refrigerate overnight
-whip mix on medium speed until it hold its shape
