Tim, I had to chase my granddaughter down to send me some destroyed pictures of R2D2. I didn't take any pictures that day, but the rest did. Here is a picture of poor old R2D2...totally destroyed.

Thank you Tim, I'm older than you are! lol...I made this one the exact same day that I made the one that says Happy Birthday Joyce on it. This one was made for my best friend Maureen, and the Joyce one was made for her Mother-in-law. They share their birthdays together even though they are a week apart, so every year I make their cakes the same day.

Thank you Lorraine...I've been doing piped cakes for way longer than fondant cakes, so it does come easier to me.

Linda, your cakes always look lovely, the piping is fantastic (I couldn't pipe to save my life.......). The flowers are lovely too.

I'll take your compliments, ladies, because I am good at piping.....but I stink soooooo bad at flowers. At least I can do that part! We all just need to get together and one do the piping, and another do flowers, etc. In other words, we could all do what we do best, then we could really come out with a really outstanding cake! lol (I already told Goreti just how envious I am at everyone else's skills at making flowers.....if only I could do those too.....)
