Rainbow Cake
Rainbow cake made for my Mom. It was my second time to make a rainbow cake. The layers are vanilla cakes tinted in matching rainbow colors using Ameri Gel and Wilton colors. The Rosettes were made with tinted buttercream. The filling was strawberry swiss meringue using fresh strawberries.
