Probably my most challenging fondant cake, since it was 95 degrees and humid while I was making it! The fondant did not want to stay on the body, but fortunately the 3-d sections adhered pretty well.

Made with cake, fondant, rice krispie treats (for the legs), edible paint and airbrushing.

The only non-edible parts were the one-inch dowel in the middle of the cake, the eight 8" cardboard circles to keep the shape and the cake straws to keep the cake from collapsing at each layer, plus the pillar base.

This cake was 30 lbs, required 4 dozen eggs and 12 lbs of powdered sugar. It unfortunately fell apart on the way home from the party since it was so hot out!

Thank you :) It was a labor of love, but considering it was for my son, that's a lot of love.

Good luck on your cake!
