this cake tested my patience, it looks pretty simple but oh the bow, lol, would not get it to stay shape, kept breaking, last minute had to clip off a lot of the ribbon because it started breaking off. I even used pure bought gumpaste and tried making the bow, it was just so humid and hot it would not dry. It did dry then just in time. The fondant layer was supposed to be light gray. I mixed a little Wilton black with wilton white and waalahh...purple? Came out a black raspberry icecream color. Thankfully the birthday girl still liked it, (or so she said) but I personally like the colors but it isn't what was intended. Thank you all for the compliments!
