Hey Tamara i used 3 9x13 pans and i used a 100 dollar bill template to use as a shape fpr the bills i used the a dab of forest green to get the money green color i ordered the images from edible rainbow cakes i love her images nice and reasonable and always come out perfect...i used a lil bit of corn syrup to use for glue for the images and i used a edible marker for the sides and for the classes i would love it im in rural nc oh gosh i can't take it im so use to the city life being a New Yorker i can't find any events or classes anywhere my email is ladicakestreats@yahoo.com so you can email me any information on classes i would love to join.....
this cake is wonderful how did you do the money was it printed off on cake paper then placedon fondant
by the way you were wantin to know about cake events well I am tryin to see if I have enouh interest in bakers for Simi Confections to come to NC to do art with blown and pulled suar (the letter before my H is out so it looks mispelled on my typin) let me know if you r interested classes are all under 100.00 most aroundm 50.-60.00
Thanks ladies and yes this is the cake i was so worried about lol i guess i wanted to make sure it had that realistic look so i'll pat myself on the back this time for this one and i truly did enjoy making it i wound up using just a tab of Kelly Green to make mint color and it came out perfect..*wipes forehead*
This was the cake you were worried about!!!! it looks fabulous. The money looks so real. You did a grat job....give yourself a pat on the back!!
