This was a half-sheet made of cake, fondant, homemade butter cream, layered sugar cookies (for the scrolls), edible pearls, edible paint and airbrushing.
The only non-edible parts were the cardboard underneath the Torah scroll, the cake straws to keep the scrolls from pressing into the cake and two dowel rods (one through each scroll) in order to keep handles on.

Thank you! I'm hoping to secure access to a Kosher kitchen so I can bake them for Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. Have to love Satin Ice for being Kosher as well as peanut and nut-free.
