Well spotted Gail - I didn't see about the heart with 3 inside until I read your comment (then of course, it's obvious, but I am a bit of a blind old bat..........)  Nicely done Penny.

Yes the tiaras are supposed to be love hearts with a 3 inside them for my daughters 3rd birthday. I found piping chocolate quite tricky! Will have to practice as I love how piped choc looks on cuppies :-)
