"Pokemon Pokeball" "Oreo Brookie" Birthday Cake

Made this for my grandson's 14th birthday which was today. For those not familiar w/the oreo brookie, it is a layer of brownie mix w/whole oreo cookies baked into it. Before that layer is completely baked, you take it out of the oven after about 15 mins then spread your chocolate chip cookie dough on top then place it back into the oven for another 40-45 minutes. Thought it would be a cool idea to make it into a cake for the grandson. This is 2 layers filled & iced w/whipped white chocolate ganache then decorated w/white chocolate fondant.

Thanks so much :)  Every time I turned around I was seeing the recipe on the internet & kept saying I was going to try it. W/my grandson being a teenager, figured those are all his favorites so decided it would be the perfect cake for him. I've had the brownie/cheesecake combo before & it's wonderful!! The whipped white chocolate ganache went very well w/this type of cake. It was like having your cake & ice cream together in every bite.
