And here he is painted up. He's about 3.5 inches tall. I plan on using this mold for a cake in the near future :)

WOW!!! That is so amazing Tracy!!!
VERY NICE MOULD , COOL , LOVE THE COLORS
NICE JOB ! LOVE PEACOCKS
Thanks Michelle & Sidney :)
I bought a necklace from a fashion store in the sale (just for this purpose) and molded it into the silicon. My girls love the necklace - it is gold with purple enamel.....not my kind of thing lol. Did just the job though. I also bought a necklace that was quite big and was lace effect metal - this too made an amazing mold and a tiny fraction of the cost of shop bought ones.
Tracy, what did you use to make the mold, did you form the peacock by hand first then make a mold of it?
Yes, thought so. Just sent a comment to r email, as you commented back to me, but the pic of r kiddies was removed.
Just beautiful! Love your mold!
Thanks June - this was the picture I meant to upload when my girls suddenly appeared lol. I was really pleased with how much detail the mold picked up. Tx
