cat cake
Made this cake for my Aunt. I looked at the picture of her cat and tried to make it look just like her. I tried a new recipe with this one because she requested coconut. It was a french vanilla cake with Coconut cream frosting. I LOVED the flavor and will definately use again. Eyes and ears are fondant the rest is frosting.

I believe this is the best "cat" cake I have seen! You are wonderfully talented, Angel and you look about 12 years old! As young as you are and with your fantastic ability, I expect to see you participating in the Tulsa Sugar Arts Show!
