Mike requested a Pineapple Upside Down Cake. I didn't have any slices, so used tidbits. Not as pretty, but just as tasty. Baked in a cast iron skillet.

 don't 4 get the whole bunch of celery ! !  ! I love brown stew also , but the red seems to go better with the celery and any veggies you like ! ENJOY !!

I already make stew every winter, so I am aware that you can add a bunch of different veggies.  The difference in your recipe from others I've used is the tomato sauce.  Sounds scrumptious.  I am sure I will even enjoy the turnips and rutabagas.  Thanks, again!

every 1 that eats or makes my recipe for this loves it !, best with bread and butter , ! its an awesome way to serve veggies , all the flavors and the red sauce meat , come 2gether with an awesome smell and taste ! it is a keeper !go for it , let me know if you like it ! my man likes to add rudabakers some times , ! or turnips ! it all taste good ! as you make this you will know what if any changes you want to make it your own !

Makes my mouth water to read about it!  Next trip to the store, I'm buying beef.  Can't wait to try this out.  Thank you, Gali!  May even make yeast rolls to go with it....or good ole cornbread.  I am a Southern girl - lol.

when you taste for doneness the beef will melt in your mouth ! I don't eat much of   the beef , I am not such a meat eater but in the stew it taste awesome

 RED STEW Recipe A FEW LB'S OF   beef, chuck !or stew meat ! cute into mouth size pc's ! brown/ braise ,, don't  cook in olive oil , salt and pepper , remove from browning pan,,, on low ,put into ( x- large ) stew pot !on low ,  or crook pot on high , ( about 4 -5 med size potato's bite size pc's ,get a full bunch of celery cut into bite size pc'  put all into the stew pot ( cover with 3 29 oz can's of Tomato Sauce ,!( SAUCE , ) -red pk  or Hunts, season with salt and pepper   , to taste , add frozen corn , pea's string bean, & lima bean diced fresh carrots , cook on low for 6 hr's or dun to taste in stew pot , or on high in crook pot !,yes use all the celery even the leaves ! after about 5 hr's taste for doneness ,   lots of prep , but oh boy the smell  coking  & eating is so good ,
