My fondant it is terrible. I used 16 oz. marshmallows and approx 7 cups sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons water.

My recipe is 16oz MM, 2 lb 10x sugar, 2 1/2 tbs water 1/4 cup shortning 1/2 tsp clear vanilla. try that one and see how it works for you.
