yes Sandra ! its kind of the same ! but its not as sticky as hard candie , @ least I don't think so , but if you refrig / or leave it out it will melt , so maybe its the same , I was going to try the cake board made from jolly ranchers, but your pan must be the same size as your board would have to be ! , , hard candy cake boards look cool !

Picking my chin up off my chest now.....totally amazing!  Is the fire and ice made from Isomalt?  What is the difference in Isomalt and making hard candy?
