Hi Theresa,
The pearls were hand rolled and then rolled in luster dust. The petals were cut from gumpaste, left to dry, then moistenmed and sprinkled with sanding sugar

They look like lace appliques. How are the petals textured? Is it a pattern or is something applied to them? Hard to tell from the photo.
