Sheet cake style bridal shower cake iced in whipped buttercream. The heart was piped on with reverse shell border technique. The same piping technique was used for the border of the cake. Snowflakes and flowers were made using fondant. Snowflakes were cut with PME plunger cutters and roses were made with small circle cutter.
I made some edible silver paint to add some detail to the inscription. For a finishing touch and some sparkle, crystal sugar, silver sprinkes and white chocolate pearls were pressed into the sides fo the cake.
