A quick welcome home cake for my son's girlfriend who went into hospital for an operation that should have had her home in 3-4 days and ended up being in for 12 days! She is finally home.
A small sheet cake of Devils Food chocolate, decorated in vanilla butter cream and sugar flowers. I tried to get the effect of an old fashioned cross stitch sampler

Thanks Gail - a bit wonky, but with another level of WMD on the go at the moment, my eyesight is worse than ever, so anything resembling what I wanted was a bonus lol!
