Debbie...Are you on Cake Central's site? I am not a fan of topsy turvy either but there is some good info on there on how to do them. I did a four tier for a wedding in Sept. and I was so scared! The groom is an engineer and he handed me a design of their cake he did on a CAD program on his computer. My knees were knocking under the table and I was smiling telling them how excited I was to do their cake! lol
