lol , bettercream , is a vanilla cream , that is much like whip cream ! just sweeter and heavier , you can pipe , paint  & do any thing with it , just like butter cream , its a lite and creamy  , not as solid as  or as heavy as buttercream or as sweet , I purchase a pre -whip , 5 gal @ sam's club , or I go to a main sorce store in Scranton PA for qt's that I can keep in the freezer for 2-3 yr's !, I did post a photo of it back I think 2 yrs ago !,
