Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

In the past few weeks, we have been attending Graduations! As proud Uncles and Aunts, we provided these cupcakes. I tried some new things:
1. Making cupcake flags
2. Putting cupcakes in champagne cups. (found idea on the internet -thanks to all who have shared pictures).
The cupcakes red velvet with cream cheese frosting, vanilla cupcakes either filled with chocolate or strawberry and whipped cream. Most of the cupcakes were made with egg sub so I could eat some. No one could tell the difference Whooooo Hooooooo!

Sandra, I really like the how the high density roller works. It can be use with being smooth with a bench scraper or not. Use a crusting butter-cream frosting, let it set after smoothing with a spatula or a bench scraper 5 to 15 minutes. Lightly roll around the sides, then the top, then the sides again. This was developed by "Melvira", you can find this on the web.

Pamela, I must try the high density roller.  I am not very successful with any other methods that I've tried.  Yours looks great!
