do you need to start at the bottom , also how did you keep the frills from droopping ? TFS

Thank you, ladies. Yes, the frills are all fondant.  I cut thin wavy strips and thinned the top edge with a ball tool like you would the edge of a petal.  It makes a very feminine, delicate presentation that is lovely with flowers.
