Thank you ladies for your lovely comments.  I made this for a special dear boy who is a total fan of hers. He loved it.  When I was told that he was a fan of Miley Cyrus I thought of this, but I said to myself I will dress her!!  And you are right Goreti, after I made that little mouth that gave me a hard job I thought that I could have done it with that tongue of hers.  But it was too late, I had to deliver it.
