Bonnie , I also have wafer paper from many yr's ago , as long as you keep it air tight , it will stay ! some of mine is 10 yr's old , still perfect !

Depending on the wafer paper. ...it can be very thin, or medium thickness. Thinnest is the most $$. Don't think there's a shelf life Bonnie.

Gotta admit, it does look effective!  Every bit as nice as wafer paper.  I got all excited last year, and bought the wafer paper.  It is still sitting there unopened.  I just never had the time to do it.  Is there a shelf life on this stuff?

I don't know if you would call it "sheltered" exactly, Goreti, but I am still awfully naive for someone as old as I am.  Can't seem to out grow it.

June, we made flowers out of crepe paper and tissues (the kind you use to blow your nose :o)  I never saw a coffee filter until I was probably in my 30's.  Wasn't around many coffee drinkers.

Ha Ha Sandra.....when I was in CGIT....a young girls club, we made things from coffee filters, dry cleaner greenish plastic bags, crepe paper, brown paper bags...... Wafer paper is expensive and thought this was a good alternative!!

A COFFEE FILTER??!  What in the world will you people come up with next?  I am just a country girl and HAVE been told I need to get out more, but I've never heard of such a thing.  It is beautiful!
