no Patty is not cake; is made of fondant and gum paste to decorate a cake of your choice. in the bottom have a Styrofoam, you can also use rice krispie instead.

GORGEOUS!!!!! I wish IT was my 30th birthday all over again!!!! I would so do a fashion theme just so that I could have your stunning sugar dress on its own or as a fashion theme cake. Gorgeous!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!
