Hi Gail!  Thanks for that!   I am getting up the nerve to make more microwave lemon curd.  I ate the first batch, and both filled & topped a cake with the second.  Haven't done any sense, and there is really no excuse for that.  Will keep you posted.  Thanks again for the recipe!

Hi Sandra!  As to that, you may be right, for they ask to do icing, cake, cookies, or GummyGel the minute they walk in, like it is the most natural greeting. lol  I took these to my nephew's BBQ today, and they were well received.  All the kids had at least 2 each, and were trying to get away with more! lol

Bonnie, it sounds like a hoot at your house - LOL!  I bet you are all of the kiddo's favorite grown up :o)  The cake pops look yummy even without being perfect.  The back story makes them that much more appealing.

You are soooo right!  Well, we'll just say that there were a lot more 'cake pops', and chocolate, when we started...! lol  They just loved seeing who could squeeze out the biggest blob of cakepop mixture from between their fists, during the squishing process! lol  Each had their own bowl of mix, less confusing that way! lol  Gotta admit that I was having fun too!

Hi Sandra & Denise!  Thanks for the support!  I took a few short video clips of her doing this cake, and I just wish I new how to get them on here! lol   I showed you the '1' relaxed pic I had of her.  Below are a few others. lol

Jordan takes whatever she is working on at the moment VERY seriously, too much so.    Whatever she is doing at the moment is what she wants to do best, and she HATES to be told that it needs improving in any way, THAT makes her very angry, a trait I wish she would DUMP!
