While looking for inspiration for my mil's b-day cake, I came across this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCP8sBMDO_u3XywH1aP5vFpQ and decided that is what I wanted to do. Pretty happy with the result. Cakes are both champagne, one is filled with orange curd and the other with chocolate ganache & raspberry, both covered in champagne SMBC and MMF. Really enjoyed making this one even though pine tree branches were a pain to make.

Thanks Katy. They are very easy to do but a little tedious so were the pine tree branches. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
