 YOUR RITE ! THAT WOULD BE AWESOME ,  THEY COULD BE MAKEING THE  FONDANT , BUTTERCREAM ,! I MAKE MINE DO TO I DON'T SELL ANY THING LOL , I DO BUY THE BLACK THO , THINK HOW MANY  AND WHAT WE COULD DO THAN, IF WE JUST HAD THAT KIND OF HELP ,

yes thats so right Martin , thats why when i see the work you do it like WOW ! , I KNOW ITS YOU THATS DOING IT ! ALL THO ! some time i think how nice it would be to have some1 helping , but as i see it , i may not like the help !after all , i like to do it my way ,even if its not how it suppose to be done , lol so wow for you ,

You got that right Martin. I have a aquaintance from my Cake Guild who went to New Jersey specifically to go to Carlo's bakery.  She was SOoooo diasapponted in the quality of product....meaning, the cake stunk!!!  She said she could & does make a better cake then they did.  SOoooooo bigger is NOT better.

Well thank you ladies , that is praise indeed . When you think of all the help they have on Cake Boss etc you realise that the talent is not actually all theirs , they only front the show and live off the skills and talent of others !! A bit cheeky really !

thank you martin , you also are good , your tin man or your car ' S -should have been in farthers day , did you put some thing in , i dont recall seeing yours posted ! ? like i said .the cake boss can't come close to your work , without all his helpers , so in my book your work is better , i am not just saying this , i say the truth , and i think all on CWB  will agree ,  thank you again Martin !  u 2 June lol , june did you check out martins car';s and tin man and alice in wonderland , they are works of art , you have to check them out ; )
