Hi wendy to your question i dont weigh it i just add a little to the fondant and mix it in. You really dont need much but if quite humid maybe a bit more.

How much tylose do you use in your fondant I'm in south africa so we use grams here?

Hi Ladies this is a fondant topper sorry if you thought it was cake. I made her body first and let that dry a bit before adding legs and arms then i did the tail and the head was last then hat. She is all fondant with tylose added. Thanks for the comments :)
