Birthday cake
Birthday cake for my daughter's best friend. Chocolate cake filled with blackberry curd covered in a mix of milk & dark chocolate ganache. Didn't get it as smooth as I would have like but still happy with it. My daughter is going to surprise her friend with this tomorrow. Hopefully she likes it.

She will love it! It's so pretty Goreti (love the way you have the milk choc accents in there (how did you do that?). Ganache is smoother than I have been able to get it, it looks pretty darn good to me.
