My daughter asked me to make her a cheesecake (what else). It has a graham cracker crust, a brownie layer, cheesecake layer and finally a chocolate cheesecake layer.

No secret at all. I followed the directions up till layer 3 on here http://purplefoodie.com/brownie-cheesecake-raspberry/#.UgZG8pJONSB. But (I always change something) I actually added another layer of cheesecake but to the second one I added some cocoa (didn't measure just went by taste) to make it a chocolate cheesecake. I baked both layers of cheesecake at the same time and it was done in a water bath. I find it is much creamier but make sure that you have the pan very well covered in foil. Sometimes I also put it in a turkey baking bag to make sure no water gets on the cake. Because I added another layer of cheesecake, I baked it in a 10 in pan instead of 9.
Thank you. According to my daughter, everyone loved it. Someone even told her that they had never tasted a cheesecake like this one. I guess the recipe is a keeper.
That looks DELICIOUS!!!
Goreti this looks just so silky smooth
Fattening? What? No way--lol Good thing is I'm not even going to taste it so I don't have to worry. Although, I did sneak in a teaspoon of homemade pina colada jam cause I was craving something sweet.
Oh my... so pretty and yummy.... and all that apple pie talk.... major craving. I also make a mean apple pie... with a crust or crumble topping... all SOoooo fattening. :o)
Indeed - made right, it is delicious. But I also make a mean apple pie and he's quite partial to that too lol!
yes, yum--I've tried different apple pie recipes but this seems to be everyone's favorite. I love to try new recipes but this is always that one they want.
