Movie Reel Grad Cakes
My friends all know they are my guinee pigs for when I want to try a new cake or technique...
This is my first attempt at a movie reel cake for my friends sons graduation and birthday.
The tops and bottoms of the reels are cake boards covered in fondant. The cakes are iced in buttercream and then I added the edible images. The hats and clap board are made from fondant.
Flavors are Lemon, Chocolate, and Vanilla.
