The cake to the left is a carrot cake covered in a cream cheese/buttercream combination and then piped with floewrs on the edging and covered in toasted coconut. The upper tier is carrot cake baked in a metal bowl. Covered in black FondX and then decorated with the new Wilton sugar sheets. The cake on the right is the layered white cake with 6 layers of pastry cream and covered in smothered in fresh berries (raspberries, marion berries, logan berries, and black berries) and then crushed white chocolate. The cake is frosted with a cross of pastry cream and buttercream and then poured and pulled white chocolate was cooled and broken into peices after being highlighted with melted white chocolate dyed pink for Mother's Day to match Sophie's cake.
