Mother's Day cake, My daughter's first mother's day

The cake is a carrot cake filled with fresh pineapple, frosted with cream cheese frosting filled with pineapple and covered in toasted coconut. the top cake is carrot cake baked in a metal bowl. Covered in black fonant and than decorated using the new Wilton sugar sheets to make the bow and cut out the Minnie Mouse hats. Sophie's name is hand piped to look like stitching with real butter/cream cheese frosting
