Thank you everyone; I was completely stumped, trying to figure out what to do with this. The customer wanted a 1/4 sheet "Moonshine" theme; but not "Country" or "Hillbilly" or 'redneck'- JUST "Moonshine". It took a l-o-o-o-ng time to create a cohesive, visually interesting design that would "Wow" the birthday guy. But they were very happy :)
