Yes Bonnie, even though here in Guatemala never snows.  Lately we have seen snow on the top of some of the volcanoes in the high lands of our country!!

Yes Katy, most customers prefer chocolate but others are allergic to chocolate.

Thank you Sandra, this customer loves meringue so I covered it with that.  Mostly I covered this type of cake with chocolate.
