Hi Shonda! It's very easy, I just cut small circles from black fondant and let dry until hard (so they will stand up). The bows are from pink fondant and you can make those in any bow type shape. Dot them with a #2 writing tip and white buttercream or royal icing. Done! :) Hope that helps!
