So sorry I'm late to my own party folks - so much to do today with Mick going into hospital on Tuesday.  Sandra, you have outdone yourself on this one, so much work and time.  It's completely beautiful and I'm honoured.  #feelinghumbled.

It is a cake dummy, Gali.  I have to do a lot of my cakes on dummies because we can't eat that much cake.

Thanks, Gali :o)  I forgot to give dimensions and the roses make this cake look small.  The ruffled bottom tier is a 12" and 10" cake board stacked and covered together, the middle tier is 8" and the top tier is 6".

Becky, I used a small, about 1-1/2", blossom cookie cutter to cut out thinly rolled fondant.  I just folded it together loosely and stuck to the board.  There are about a million of them attached close enough together for complete coverage.  The bottom tier is a 12" round by 1/4" thickness and a 10" round by 1/2" cake board covered together so that appear as one.
