Merry Fishmas Cake
For my husband's company's party (they make and sell fishing maps). Fish and holly are fondant, letters are molded chocolate, snowflakes are fondant/gumpaste, all else is buttercream. Inside is chocolate/vanilla cake layered with chocolate buttercream and white chocolate mousse.

Thanks, Christine! LOL - I didn't know if I could do it either, until I tried. :) My modeling skills aren't stellar. I downloaded a picture and went by that.

Your Fish is amazing! I would love to try to make one for my father-in-law, but I'm too chicken. Yours is perfect and looks like it was just caught!
