Mermaid and Dolphin Cake
Inside is marble cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling. Mermaid and dolphin are fondant, rock is RKT covered in fondant - all other details are buttercream.

Well, you did an amazing job, because it literally looks like you airbrushed the water on the main cake!

Linda - I don't have an airbrush. I made three different hues of Teal frosting, piped it on then smoothed them together. Then I piped the coral and seaweed.

I'll bet some little girl was smiling a huge grin! This is so cute! Eileen, did you airbrush the bottom before putting the piping?
