Mega Pumpkin Cake
I made this cake for a church event we had at our church Halloween night. The cake fed 225 people. It was massive. We gave out free slices to the community. It was a wonderful blessing and I had a great time meeting and chatting with all the folks that came out!! It was filled with a delicious pumpkin spice cake and pumpkin buttercream. The paint work was not my best .. I was running super short on time so it was rushed big time. But everyone seemed to enjoy it, there were only 2 slices left! Praise God!
