3D Cake made for Massachusetts General Hospital for Children's 10 Birthday Celebration. Requirement was to make truck look like a replica of their MGHfC truck. Madeira sponge cake, covered in fondant, and all artwork printed on Photofrost sheets, and applied to fondant. Chocolate wheels. Fondant Butterflies
