Mario Cake

Cake is dark chocolate oreo with white chocolate mousse filling. Mushroom is vanilla cake made in two parts - stem is a 4" round cut from th center of a 6" round. Top is a half-dome cake with a cakeboard recessed into it so it could sit on top of the little 4" cake without smashing it. Outside is all fondant. Mario is made from fondant
