Nancy's Birthday Cake
Cake design based on a cake by Deb Williams Cakes. I did my own twist on her design, instead of sugar lace all over, I opted for light grey doily on top and dark grey ruffles, with a small piece of lace in the front. Cake is banana with peach mango bc filling. Fun coffee filter fantasy flower for accent. This is a surprise cake for my sis-in-law who turned 65 a couple of weeks ago. Met her for lunch today with some other ladies. She loved the cake...it was delicious.

Peach is one of my favorite colors, actually, any shade of orange. lol That flower really pops!
(It looks a little like a hat!)

Thanks Gail & Katy.....it was sooooo yummy. We left the cake with the wait staff as none of us wanted to take any home for fear we'd eat more!!!
