Upside Down Wedding Cake
6", 8" and 10" tiers stacked in reverse order.
Engineering - Wilton separator plates - Because the feet are too far out for reverse stacking I cut off the feet and hot glued rings in the right position. the legs were trimmed to 7" to allow the flowers betweeen the tiers. The legs were hot glued in position just before assembly, making sure the legs were straight, once the glue was cool, the separator plate was inserted into the layer just like normal and the next tier set on the separator plate.
