I know, I even thought of buying a silk rose and put it on top, because it was already Tuesday and the Christening was Saturday moring, but it held together =0).

I know that feeling. Having worked so hard making the flower, and then the petals break....  :o(

Thank you so much ladies, I made that rose 3 times, the weather here was awful, we had winter storms, and every time I tried to put the petals together, they fell apart in my hands, so I added more CMC to my  fondant and told myself, this is the last time, and it worked.  I added some pearl dust and it looked  much better.
