Thank you ladies, a customer just told me he wanted a dessert with lemon jello, and that it has to have "bread" or cookies.  So i decided to add to a recipe that I have that is called "Delicia de limón" (any fruit can be used), that it something like a mousse with gelatin, a crust of cookies and the lemon jello he wanted.  He really liked it.
