haha thank you all!  Gail, my favourite thing to do is actually more on the patisserie side than caking.  But there is little call for that - as everyone always wants cake.  But I love trying out making different desserts - very rewarding! It's also my favourite part of the meal.  I would be quite happy to have starter and dessert and miss out the main course lol!
