40th birthday Fishing Theme Cake
I loved designing this cake. The only thing is, I wish the client would have let me make an edible figure for the top. She wanted to use this toy figure instead. The cake still turned out nice, but to put all the work into making everything edible I think it would have looked even better with s edible fisherman figure.

Great job. Your probably right, a gumpaste figure would have been nice. But when customers are paying you, you have to give them what they want. :o)
